Shipping

Pure Style Collections ships Australia wide using the Australia Post service.  For larger items that cannot be shipped by Australia Post, we will ship them through one of several freight companies. We currently do not ship to any addresses outside Australia.  Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order.

You should receive your order in 3 – 10 working days, depending on your location.  All consignments are sent with a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.

If there is no one available to receive the parcel, Australia Post will leave a card with the pick up information. The parcel can then be picked up at the local Post Office during their normal opening hours.

Once items have been lodged for delivery, we do not hold responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit.

If goods do not arrive in the time frame stated, please contact Australia Post or nominated courier and advise them that your order has not arrived.

If the carrier is unable to locate your item, please send us an email  at collections@purestyleinteriors.com.au and we will lodge an enquiry for you.

 

Return Policy

When you purchase an item from us  we want you to love it and we are always excited to sell you a product that we are proud of. We ensure when an item leaves us that it is quality checked and it’s packed well. We are happy to refund any items that are faulty or damaged when it gets to you.

For a full refund or replacement you will need to email us within 3 days of receiving the goods.

If goods are being sent back for exchange or refund, items must be returned with no damage to the item or its packaging.

We recommend that you use Registered post or courier service when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will refund you the purchase price of the item, less any shipping costs.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please email us and supply photographic evidence of any damage, we will be in touch within 1-2 working days.

Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method.  Please allow 1-7 business days for a credit to appear on your statement.
